What makeup brush is best for spot covering blemishes with concealer?

Looking for a great concealer brush to cover up blemishes and spots - I prefer a flat lay down brush, not a big soft one that blends...really for spot treatment and dark/red marks. Thank you!

It says the #20 is not available. I purchased the #45 and thought the brush would be a bit smaller - is there an option that is? Thank you!
