Water or silicone based product help!

I wear the Milk Hydro grip primer and Charolette Tilbury foundation (tube). From my understanding they are both water based. However, I still have issues with pilling. But now I am wondering if it’s the Rare Beauty bronze stick or the RB liquid blush causing the pilling. One article says it’s water based then another states it oil based. Can anyone confirm if the products are water/silicon based? Or any advice?

@KRod14 i looked at the ingredients and I’m pretty sure it is water based (or it could be a water and oil emulsion). But another reason why makeup can pill is because you’re not giving your previous product enough time to absorb into your skin before you apply the next product. 

If you try that and find that it still pills, it might just be that that foundation just doesn’t work for you
