Skincare routine for under makeup

Hi, I started and currently using TO's lactic acid, hyaluronic acid and niacinamide as part of my skincare routine for day (toner, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, moisutrizer) and night (toner, lactic acid, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, moisutrizer), but I have recently noticed that when I put makeup on top of my morning routine, it just starts peeling/pilling.. Im quite confused and sad because TO works for me and its so cheap but not with my makeup.. Please help!?!?!

@laurareyes0218 what moisturizer are you using under your makeup? Are you also using spf? And what foundation are you using?

For foundation I am using the Maybelline Fit Me Shine Free + Balance Stick foundation, I have used Urban Decay Naked foundatio  before but thats before the skincare routine

I use Nivea Creme, and have not usex sunscreen since its winter over here and the sun is rarely showing..
