Skin care products: Which do you apply first?

I need help figuring out which order to apply all of my skin care/makeup products! I have so many old favs and a few new ones to try, but don't know which order to use them in (or whether some of them are redundant)! Any suggestions would be really appreciated xo

I use:

-serum (vitamin c antioxidant)

-moisturizer (thick, with urea) 

-tinted spf

-primer (Hourglass veil mineral)

-Marc jacobs dew drops coconut gel highlighter 

-concealer (Make Up Forever HD)

-foundation (Armani luminous silk)

I wrote the list in the order that I think they should be applied...any thoughts?

(ps: the coconut gel highlighter can be mixed with the others...I was thinking of mixing with the primer).

The only thing I would change is foundation first, then concealer.  If you are trying to conceal a lot of areas, maybe use a color corrector under foundation first.  I would mix the primer and highlighter just to cut back on application time.
