Sephora friend and family promo code

So why is this friends and family promo code only for employees when they already get their employee discount year round????!  What about us, the loyal customers, who spent thousands of money shopping at Sephora? Why is it only exclusive to its employees? They should at least do a discount code for healthcare and essential workers! Attention:  Sephora owner!

Like others have said, it's not for employees. It's for their friends and family, hence the name. Even if it was for the employees, that is up to them and there's nothing wrong with a company giving extra rewards above the employee discount to their hard working employees if they want to. 

If you are unable to find someone to get a code from just wait until the VIB sale coming up in a few weeks or take part in their other promotions they run for loyal customers throughout the year. There are people posting online like reddit and they also posted on this forum a few days ago for people who come on here regularly to get a code (how I got mine). They also do offer a discount for healthcare workers (this is advertised on their site and in store).

A store-wide sale for everyone is coming later this month.

It's not actually for employees; it's for friends and family members of employees. If you can find an employee with an extra invite, you could use it. Check out the Sephora subreddit if you are so inclined; there might be an employee or two with some slots left. Sephora had always kept F&F close like that...for whatever reason, they don't want to open it to the general public like many other companies have done with their F&F sales.

Sephora does two major sales a year for everybody, in spring and fall. The fall sale starts Oct 30.
