Recommend a colorless setting powder?

Is there a colorless setting powder at Sephora, suitable for use over eyeshadow or lipstick without altering the color? 

explanation of why I need it:

I have very oily eyelids and even with primer and even with long lasting waterproof mascara, my mascara always transfers onto my browbone. I need something I can apply over the mascara and shadow to protect it from the oil.
