My order was made on Sunday 12, and it still pending? Can you help me to check what happen? Thankyou

It's most likely because of the massive amount of orders as of lately because of the sale. Last time there was a sale and I made an order, it took 9 days to ship out, and another 2-3 days to be delivered.

That is not at all out of the norm during the vib sale -  If you view the cart page you will see there is a warning that says "Due to high volume, your order might experience up to 7 business days delay. 2 Day, 1 Day and Flash Shipping will not be affected." In accordance with the flash shipping faqs, 2 day applies from the DATE OF SHIPMENT not the date of purchase so you can expect processing delays of up to 7 Business days before it ships. 

If you would like a response from a Sephora Employee you may want to either call customer service or post in the customer service group as the mods may not immediately see customer service questions in this thread.
