Oil as a Primer, but what Foundation??

Hello, 

 

I'm not great at choosing or applying my own makeup so I need some help from you experts!

 

I have sensitive, dry, acne prone skin. I've never found a moisturizer that felt like it lasted longer than a few minutes, so I switched to using organic argan oil which seems to give me all day hydration. However, my foundation doesn't seem to work well with it. I've used both Charlotte Tilbury and Il Makiage and both seem to just smear across my skin and not really provide any coverage.

 

Would anyone have a suggestion as to what kind of foundation I can use that will work with my oil base?
