Need makeup help!

I don’t wear a lot of makeup, but I’m looking to get more coverage for my face.

i have oily, acne prone skin and need something that hopefully won’t slip off during the day. 

Should I be using a primer? Foundation? Concealer? What routine should I use to get the best and longest lasting coverage?

any specific brands that work well for oily skin?

You should be prepping the skin with a good toner to clear off any excess oil, a mattifying moisturizer, primer, foundation, and a good setting powder. I’ll list my favorites below:

Did you use both the clay and water foundation together?

you can use which ever you'd like I just found both of those to pair well with that primer. Personally I prefer the clay foundation because i like the light breathable coverage and I have found the packaging of the rain-forest of the sea foundation to be prone to messes and wasted product. I would also recommend a good setting spray Urban Decay All Nighter Waterproof Makeup Setting Spray Standard Size - 4 oz/ 118 mL
