Makeup products for beginners

Hi, everyone!

I am wondering if you guys have any recommendations for beginner makeup products. They don't have to be expensive or anything.

Thank you, loves!

@FullCoverageBB Tower 28 Beauty BeachPlease Lip + Cheek Cream Blush After Hours or Kaja Multi-Bento Lip + Blush Duo  could be good to check out! I find cream blushes pretty easy to work with because you can always just blend them out if you use too much plus anything that is duel use is nice !

Beginners shouldn't spend too much, agreed. I think a nice blush palette is great, because that way you can figure out what shades really work without having a drawer full of costly mistakes. I'd really recommend an ELF blush palette, because they have several, with different palettes for a range of skintones. And maybe a small neutral eye palette, like Colourpop's Going Coconuts, which looks good on almost everybody.

Sephora's own mini eye palettes are good quality too--

Hi @FullCoverageBB! The first thing that came to mind when you said ‘beginner’ is the SEPHORA COLLECTION Clean Bouncy Eyeshadow Palette Monarch. It is incredibly easy to use, as shadow, highlight, bronze. And easy to fix if you over apply!

Multi-use products like this are the best for beginners in my mind, because you can find what works for you without having to purchase a huge array of products. NUDESTIX Cream Lip + Cheek Pencil would be another option. Hope this helps!

Thank you!! ❤

@FullCoverageBB I second @eshoe 's recommendation for Nudestix and other makeup sticks. They blend easily and you can use your fingers to apply the product. The only tradeoff is that they tend not to stay in place as well and fade faster.
