Looking for hair/makeup artist in Lake Como, Italy!

I'm getting married in Lake Como on August 30th and my wedding planner is quoting $700 for hair/makeup which I think is extremely high. I'm hoping to find my own services for maybe half that cost. Wondering if anyone knows someone in Lake Como area who does hair/makeup that I could hire?
