Items have been pending for a while

I ordered some items on the 14th and went to track my order only to find its still pending and hasn't even been shipped yet. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or know any cause for the extended pending ???

Yes, I have the same issue with an order placed on November 15th. This has never happened to me before.
