Inexpensive beauty products for goodie bags?

My sister's birthday is next month, and she'll be spending it in the U.S. with my dad and one or two of her friends.   I'd like to make the girls up goodie bags, because my sister loves being treated like a little kid.  I'm compiling things to put in the bags and send.  I'd like to add some beauty gifts, but am only looking for inexpensive items.  Any ideas?  I'm looking for recognizable brands.

This is what I have so far for non-beauty items:

Noise makers 

Chupa Chups

Ring Pops

Swedish Fish 

Sour Patch Kids

Aldi's chocolate (for something different)

Sticker books

Kit Kats

I'd like to get them more chocolate, favors like little kids would get, birthday cake flavored candy (Godiva or Lindt).

@CorgiMommy thanks for the recs!  I picked up some sheet masks at TJ Maxx and little heart hair clips at Target. 

I was surprised at the lack of party favors at the dollar store and Target, tho.
