How do you learn your makeup?

Hi there I am a pretty beginner at doing makeup and I was wondering what source does everyone do to learn how to apply their makeup? All I can think of is YouTube.

Omg I felt the same way too when I first started out my makeup journey. I recently found this app called Sebela on the App Store and it was the first makeup app that I tried that actually use makeup filters to help you find a makeup look. I have been using it ever since they launched and I would say I have been able to nail difficult makeup techniques much better. I would say def check them out.
