Fragrance free-options, besides Cinique

Greetings:

Am looking for fragrance free makeup products that are not owned by Estee Lauder, L'Oreal, or others on the BDS list. I would love waterproof black eyeliner, waterproof black mascara, long wearing foundation, blush, and lipstick that are fragrance free and suitable for women of colour skin tones. Thanks!

I’m not sure what the BDS list is, but I have severe allergy to fragrance (synthetic and natural) and have not been able to find one brand that is truely fragrance free. Even Clinique has items that technically contain fragrance. I am forced to read labels which is a pain. Side note: there’s an app called “SkinSafe” which is like a database for cosmetic items to find things that are without fragrance or gluten or parabens etc. Not fully complete but still super helpful. Again, not knowing what BDS is, these may or may not fit your wants. Hopefully it’s a start! For Foundation that’s full coverage I use either the Lancôme Teint Idole 24 hour (tons of shades) or the Trish McEvoy water foundation. For my not so full days I do the Dr Jart BB cream, Revision Skincare Intellishade, or Kett Hydro Foundation. For eyeliner I use either the Givenchy waterproof kohl pencil or the Surrat liquid liner pen. Concealer is either the Givenchy Mister Light or the Laura Mercier flawless fusion concealer. Most of my lipsticks are Clinique, but I oftentimes wear lip liner with some balm on top as well. (Usually Givenchy or MAC) NARS blushes are fragrance free!

Thank you. The suggestions were very helpful.  I was wondering if you could also recommend  the following good fragrance free products, that is not Estee Lauder or Clinique or Lancome owned and not on the BDS list: (1) bold / dramatic waterproof mascara (2) a dupe of Mac Rebel lipstick, and (3) a product that resemble Milk's Holographic stick in Stardust?  Much appreciated.
