What kind of foundation is recommended during the colder months? I have oily skin , although it’s slightly less oily during the colder months.

I think it just depends on what look and coverage you're interested in, @Brownskin37. I prefer a fuller coverage look, but often go lighter in the summer because I live in a hot, humid area and it's just too much in the heat. But in the winter when that isn't an issue, I love a good matte, full-coverage foundation.
