Foundation for textured skin?!?

Can anybody recommend a good foundation for textured skin????? I had horrific serve acne as a teen, and after laser treatments, I still have these post- pick scars on my cheeks. Can anybody with texture help recommend a good foundation????? 
I currently use Tom Ford Traceless Stick, but it sinks in my scarring a bit.
