Can I use this Foundation evem with oily skin?

I have combination skin and I had a much better time with the Fenty Soft Matte than the Hydrating. The Hydrating is dewy on application and then gets even more dewey throughout the day. If you moisturize underneath the Soft Matte, it has a more natural finish and using setting spray can give it a glow.
