@itsfi the Paula’s Choice exfoliating mask is great in my opinion. Comparing it to Drunk Elephant it doesn’t make my face get red or irritated. This mask states to leave on up to 10 min only. I believe Drunk Elephant says to leave on longer. For a while I used once a week but I use it more infrequently now. In my opinion it is such a nice treatment mask. You could start out using for just a few minutes and see how your skin feels. I have multiple backups because I will be repurchasing as long as it’s sold. In my opinion Paula’s choice is. So underrated! I have been using this line for years and only a few have been just okay.

Thank you @jen81! This is helpful to know. I reached for exfoliating powders more this winter and am starting to slowly incorporate AHA / BHA liquid treatments and peels back  into my routine more consistently for the warmer seasons. The peel was a gwp I picked up when I restocked on some PC goodies and I’ve been interested in giving it a go. I agree - Paula’s Choice has a lot of fantastic products.

I love leave on AHA/BHA products @itsfi . They make such a difference in my skin.  There are lots of good one’s out there! I somehow always go

back to Paula’s choice 8% AHA. I’ve also used her 5% (smells like melons) and 10% which has lactic, glycolic, and salicylic. I love Drunk Elephants protini polypeptide lactic acids serum but hate the price! There are lots out there that don’t have optimal ph to actually exfoliate. I have been using Medik8 PHA treatment toner which is really gentle.

@jen81, ooh, the 8% AHA! That's the one in the white tube / packaging? Do you have a preference for the lotion of the gel? I see they have a trial kit with it, and it's on sale too, with a couple of other PC products that I've used and like. 🤔 I use the BHA 2% (black packaging) on my nose and chin/jawline every so often and more when I'm prone to breaking out, and the BHA9 for spot treatment.

I have used both the gel and the lotion AHA . @itsfi @The lotion is really nice in my opinion and feels soothing. I have the gel right now because it was a gwp. I also use the BHA 2% and 9% as spot treatments!

Frosted Cranberry Soap - I like this scent and I really liked the design on the packaging.

Milk and Cookies Candle - It was a gift and it lasted a long time so this one was special

Palo Santo candle has a pleasant scent but was really mild.

Pass

Frosted Cranberry Scone Candle. The scent was too strong and gave me  bit of a headache.

I had some shampoo and conditioner from past travels and I wanted to use them up. They were just ok. My favourite item here is The INKEY List Fulvic Acid Brightening Cleanser 5 oz/ 150 mL 

These were all destashed. Both mascaras smudges underneath my eyes and on my eyelids within a couple hours after application. The hair oil and perfume scent were not my favourite.

 

 

 

 Another favourite is the caliray Mini Come Hell or High Water Volumizing & Lengthening Tubing Mascara 0.18 oz/ 5.5 mL
