@itsfi have you tried any of the other newer Patchology mood gels? I think I'm drawn to them because of the packaging but seeing that the one you tried is a "maybe" from you makes me take a little step back.

@CookieGirl1 @itsfi is right about that-despite such pretty packaging, there really are so many other Eye Gels out there that work just as well (and even better) for much less.

@CookieGirl1, even though I know better, I was sucked in by the packaging on those under eye gels. I. know. better. I haven't tried the other two yet; I'll eventually get to them, but I have a feeling they'll also fall in between a "maybe" and a "meh". The green one was fine, but there are a lot of other under eye gel masks that are fine ore better.

Some days are definitely better than others for remembering to save my sheet masks for a pic, @faeriegirl! I've tried several different approaches but what seems to be working is to hang a couple of bags on the inside bathroom door handle - one is for my sheet masks; the other is for everything else. ha! 🙂

Nice sheet mask empties @itsfi!!! I tried the Green Tea Under-Eye Patches, and I wasn't a fan. It felt like there was no serum on them! Maybe I'll give the collagen ones a try. Of course, the Sephora Honey Mask is one of my faves!!!

I had a fair amount of travel in March, April & May and my May empties are reflective of that. There’s nothing here that I loathed.

Loves:

Farmacy Green Clean Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm 3.4 oz/ 100 mL – I went from having one cleansing balm that I love to at least 3, including this one from Farmacy. It's gentle but effective at removing my sunblock and makeup without leaving my skin tight or dry. The light consistency and refreshing scent (that reminds me of an herbal, citrus sorbet) makes me think this one would be very nice in the warmer months.
method body pure peace body wash also smells very nice - fresh, subtly floral and calming. I’m become quite fond of the method body washes and have picked up a few travel sizes to take with me during my summer travels. So far, this pure peace on is my favorite scent in the line.
AMOREPACIFIC - Treatment Cleansing Foam was a surprise hit for me and one of the front runners in my seemingly never ending quest to find my go to second cleanser(s). My knee jerk reaction to the words "cleansing foam" is to recoil, but this one leaves my dehydrated face feeling clean and smooth without any tightness, added dryness, clogged pores or filmy residue. My wallet is not fond of how much my skin has been enjoying the AP products, but it's hard to argue with how well this one works on my skin.
Eminence Organic Skin Care Rosehip Triple C+E Firming Oil is slowly chipping away at the resistance I've been putting up at its price tag. It's gentle, hydrating and firming, and does not leave my skin looking greasy or feeling heavy. I also like that a little of this dry oil goes a long way and that it contains 3 main ingredients that my skin loves - rosehip oil and vitamins C and E.

And about the rest of my empties:

Josh Rosebrook Advanced Hydration Mask is just so extraordinarily luxe. It smells like a spa and makes my dry, dehydrated skin feel loved and pampered. It literally teeters right on the edge of LOVE, but since my skin starts its transformation from dehydrated-dry to dehydrated-combo in the spring and summer, I'm not sure if it's something I'd reach for year-round which is what keeps it from being an absolute love. I may pick up another sample and test it at the height of summer to see how it performs on my skin when it's warm.
Both the KORRES - Greek Yoghurt Foaming Cream Cleanser and the Glow Recipe Mini Blueberry Bounce Gentle Cleanser 1 oz/ 30 mL are both lovely but I'm just not sure either is my perfect go-to second cleanser. Both also seem best suited for use during specific seasons as far as my skin is concerned (which really isn't a bad thing), with the Korres working better for me in the cooler/colder months and the Glow Recipe more suited to the warmer temperatures. Interestingly, there’s a tendency of both products to leave my skin a little filmy unless I use or rinse off the product a certain way. The particularness of each keeps me from loving these outright.
Meh – AMOREPACIFIC - Treatment Cleansing Oil Face & Eyes falls squarely into the “it’s not you, it’s me” camp. There’s nothing wrong or off-putting with this product. I just have other cleansing oils that I like more (like the ones from Julep and Tatcha).

@itsfi Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I have been wondering about the Glow recipe cleanser (I love the package lol), but I understand what you mean by filmy cleanser. Some I have tried I feel like I have to splash my face for a long time until I get rid of it. I don't like having a film between my skin and my skincare if that makes any sense lol.
