Clinique even better clinical serum

can anyone tell me some feedback on Clinique even better clinical serum? Is it heavy? Is it matte or glowy/dewy?  Is it lightweight? Like in terms of comparing it to Too faced born this way….which one would you be more lightweight and glowy?
