I’ve been a customer/member for years, but when I tried to order NARS foundation over the Internet for the last 3 weeks (AS A MEMBER) there were no light shades. A week or two ago there were a couple of colors that may have been a match but the names were obscure. Nothing I ever bought before. I decided to wait one more week in the hopes that I could still use my discount code. But nothing. THEN I DOWNLOADED THE APP AND HEY PRETTY MUCH ALL SHADES ARE AVAILABLE. Code had expired by then.

last time I was in the store the sales associate was pushing for me to download the app and I guess this is why? I just want to know, are there special privileges for app people? What have I missed

@foofiequeen @You can get releases a little earlier on the app and they also have app exclusive promo codes
