4 days ! & my order is still being processed!

it has been four days ! Why is my order still being processed? I could've ordered from a different company or paid for same day shipping  but from I've read it doesn't matter which shipping option you choose your order will still take twice as long . This experience makes me never want to order from Sephora again .
