lipstick bleeds-need help

Re: lipstick bleeds-need help

@darkchocolate68,

I recommend using a lip primer! I apply this one slightly on the outside of my lip line and I notice less bleeding. It also makes my lip product last longer and I end up using less of it too.

Re: lipstick bleeds-need help

Thank you for the suggestion, but I have been using the ABH primer for the past two weeks and I still get bleeding.

Re: lipstick bleeds-need help

Have you ever tried urban decay's or make up for ever's lip liners? They're both waterproof. And a technique to try would be to fill your entire lip in with the liner. It'll make the lipstick waterproof.

RE: Re: lipstick bleeds-need help

Setting powder in lipstick does that work?

Re: lipstick bleeds-need help

I haven't used Makeup Forever or UD but I am willing to try. Thank you!

Urban Decay Ozone works okay, but didn't completely stop bleeding on me. It is great for keeping liquid lipstick from drying your lips like the Sahara, though!
