@justarix You can return it for a refund if it is slightly used within 30 days. 31-60 days for a merch credit or exchange. Over 60 days no refund. Sephora employee here. I like the SF lip balm but know everyone is different.

@dacams Bite closed a few years ago, but they still run their Lip Lab stores where you can get custom-made lipstick and gloss. Lip Lab also sells some premade lipsticks/glosses/liners. Right now, they have a collection called “Gimme a Bite Lipstick”: it’s lipstick in some of the old Bite shades. One of them is Gimme Glacé! It’s a satin finish bullet lipstick. That might be your best replacement, aside from going to a Lip Lab with your old Glacé and asking them to recreate it as a lipstick for you.
