Whats your favourite Lip Liner?

I've gotten back into using lip liners and all the MAC ones I have seem to be drier than charcoal so I need to stock up. I'd ideally like a twist up (self-sharpening) version but would be willing to get a more traditional pencil if the formula is worth it. I'm looking for a nice nude (my lips are darkening and its effecting the look of lipsticks on me) and a liner for the YSL Tatouage Couture Liquid Matte Lip Stain in 'Red Tribe'. I'm attaching pictures of the colours if that info helps.

I still love MAC’s Spice lip liner- still my favorite. I agree that the MAC lip pencils, especially the nude ones (but not Spice) can be dry and you can’t see the color. Charolette Tilbury’s pencils are nice and creamy too.

@Aaliaa I love the Sephora Collection lip liners (travel sized). It's a great hybrid between creamy and dry formulas. The color selection is really nice too.

Colourpop makes super creamy liners if that's your preference. 😄

Sephora Collection has really nice shades. They are like a glide on gel.

My all time favorite liners are Charlotte Tilbury, they are the traditional pencils rather than the twistups but the formula makes it totally worth it. They aren't at all drying, and unlike most non-drying liners they actually last!  For the nude it would depend on whether your looking for a pinker nude, like the lips in the picture are, in which case her Pillow Top color would be a good bet or if your looking for a less pink option in which case I love love love the Iconic Nude color which is my hg.  For the YSL, I can't tell how orange it's undertones are but either the Kiss 'n Tell color if you want something with a little orange undertone or Crazy In Love if you don't want the orange undertones.

Try the Marc Jacobs liners.  They have a nude line and their liners are creamy and lasts a long time. 🙂
