What color are the undertones/base in the Sephora Collection's Cream Lip Stain in Always Red?

I've been eyeing up the Cream Lip Stain from the Sephora Collection in Always Red, but it doesn't say if the red is blue/violet-based, orange-based, etc! Can anyone please tell me what kind of undertones it has? I'm fairly pale, don't really tan, and have cool undertones to my skin, so yellow/orange-based reds really don't work on me.

If it isn't a cool red, what others in a similar price range (say, $20 or under) are? I'm honestly not horribly picky about finish; all I really want is a nice cool red that lasts most of the day and doesn't come off on everything!

It's a true red.  I'd say it's cool, but really it's neutral.  It's definitely not warm.  You can find swatches of it compared to other classic reds for comparison.  It's not as blue as Mac Russian Red, but definitely not orange at all compared to Ruby Woo.  It seems like a universally flattering red.

I would say more blue/violet based - it is a vibrant red. kind of reminds me of MAC ruby woo
