Tinted lip balm/gloss for chronically dry lips!

I'm looking for recommendations for a tinted lip balm/gloss/oil that actually lasts on dry lips. I've been using the Ilia balmy gloss and it last for about 3 minutes before it's gone... What am I doing wrong?!

I apply Laneige or Cerave at night and use aquaphor throughout the day.

The tinted Fresh balms have been recently reformulated @lkbort. I purchased a bunch of them on lipstick day and promptly returned them. I am disappointed. I did not find them moisturizing at all.
