Summer Fridays lip balm not full

Okay so I have quite dry lips. So I decided to splurge and get a high end lip balm. I have been wanting the summer Fridays lip balm for a very long time. I purchased it and was super excited to try it out. When I opened it and tried  to squeeze some out the tube flattened a little and I then notice that it’s basically half empty already. I’m now super sad because it smelled and felt really good, but I now want to return it but I think that the Sephora employees will think I just used a lot of it and won’t let me return if, or maybe I’m just overreacting. What do you guys think? Does this happen to all the lip balms or is it just mine?

@newbie2424 @I have the new one in Iced Coffee and mine want like that. Maybe go in store and see if you can exchange it for a newer one and tell them what happened.
