Sheer lilac or lavender lipstick/tint/balm recommendations

So... I love the idea of PH changing lip balms, especially the lavender/lilac/berry colors, but my lips are either naturally too dark (Nars Dolce Vita is my lip color but better lipstick, and I'm fair skinned, like 120 in Fenty, Y235 in MUFE) or pH relations just don't work well with me. Every single brand and color I try turns my lips fuschia, which looks like grandma lipstick on me. Can anyone recommend some lip products to achieve something like the pics I've included? because my lips are naturally dark already, the first pic is probably more realistic (which I love anyway). No pH lip products please! I don't want to think "Granny" Everytime I catch sight of my fuschia pout in the mirror! I've been searching for probably a month off and on now so it would make my week if the Sephora community could come to my rescue!!!

@jr76210 What about Besame Cosmetics Ink and Paint lipstick from the Mickey Mouse collection? 

YMMV but it definitely pulls blackberry on me when I apply it heavily.

I am pale with pigmented lips as well (lipsticks always pull fuchsia and red on me) and I highly recommend GIVENCHY - Rouge Interdit Vinyl Color Enhancing LipstickIn violine troublant. It will give you the perfect plump lilac lip!

@jr76210  I immediately thought of the Bite and Fresh lip products, so I'm glad they were rec'd to you by other BICers 🙂  I wold also add DIOR - Dior Lip Glow - Berry

I also wonder if the FRESH - Sugar Cream Tinted Lip Treatment

would work.  I've never had a chance to try these in-store since the testers always seem a little gross.

I actually adore bite's lip mask in the lavender! it's what vegan my search for a balm or sheer lipstick for something with a different texture and aapplicator. I wear it at night. I have a mini size out of a holiday kit so not sure if the large has a different applicator. I wish they would stick it in a balm form.

Same!!  I'm on a sheer kick too, and adore that blackberry color, but it's really hard to get.  I'm 50/50 on ph balms.  Some look absolutely great on me, others immediately turn my lips fuschia regardless of suggested color.  My favorite is Givenchy Noir Révélateur.  It never goes fuschia on me.  I also like the Kaja Mood Balm in first thing for a coral look.  The other three colors all went fuschia on me.  In terms of non-ph reactive options in that color family, check out Fresh fig and berry.

Wow we have nearly identical coloring! So yes, this is my life struggle too. You're right, the second picture is not very realistic but the first is definitely attainable.

The best I've found so far that make this kind of look are the FRESH - Sugar Lip Treatment Sunscreen SPF 15 balms... you might need to test a few shades because I've found that the most popular colors tend to look muddy/brown on me.

You might also want to look at the tinted  Hourglass N° 28 Lip Treatment Oil Clear  though it will be shinier like the left and center models in your first photo.

Thanks!  I was actually looking at the hourglass lip oils just recently.  I don't think my local Sephora has them available to try.  I may just take the risk and try the adorn color I think is there berry one?  It can be hard for me to find new shades because I see a picture (like I love the baby/Barbie light pink looks) and it's just not attainable with my coloring.  At least not with the products I see advertised to achieve that look.  Then being so fair skinned, I run the risk of looking too vampy for my taster.  I actually love the center models lips in the first picture the most!  I will have to try the Fresh Sugar ones again.  I haven't since I went waaaay too dark and bought this beautiful (not on me!) wine color like 8 years ago lol.  Thanks so much for the recs!!
