Buxom isn't really sticky. Nor is it really plumping, imho. But if you Love that minty cold feeling, this is an option. Or. . . Blistex. haha sorry. I think I might hate Buxom.

I love the Dior Addict Lip Maximizer Plumping Gloss. It isn't sticky at all and the the shades are so pretty! I hope this helps!
