Nars Dance Fever vs. Nars Balboa

I have loved Nars Dance Fever ever since I received it in a Play box. I was looking for that shade in different formulas and I didn't find any but I did come across Balboa that is also described as a rose brown.  If you've tried both, would you agree? Are there any dupes that you know of in a liquid lip formulation that's not too matte?
