Moisturizing lip color?

Anyone have a good recommendation for moisturizing lip color for the winter? My lips get so dry and chapped. 

I need a good blue-toned pink and blue-toned red color. Thanks!

@avenisa look at the YSL Volupte oil in lip. They are semi sheer and help moisturize. I think Givenchy satins are quite comfortable and not as sheer.
