Lipstick issue

All crimson lipsticks turn an ugly pink on me! I’ve tried MANY! I am 57, brown eyes, brown/blond hair and fair-med skin. 
I need help.

@Bama4an  maybe a lip primer or something that cancels out your lip colour first. Like what is used in theater makeup.
