Grande Lips makes a really good lip plumper! It has a slight tingle and it comes in a variety of sheer shades.

I also agree that the Too Faced Lip Injection is awesome option too!

I overline mine, but not TOO much. Just outside of the lip line and then color in onto the lip some so it blends and looks more natural. The too faced lip injection extreme works wonders, if you can handle the sting. The lining is key though. I finally gave in & got injections & will never look back!

It works best to overline my lips with some neutral colour lipliner and to add some lip plumping lip gloss over it. Benefit one is great -------------

I've only used lip plumping glosses and found I had better results with the too faced lip injection and glamglow plumprageous. The glamglow lasts longer than the too faced.
