Lip plumper

I tried the lip plumper, am I suppose to use on my bare lips or can I wear over some lipstick?

@Benisha90 there are really no rules, and i wear them both ways, depending on the lip look you want. if i want some plump but dont want a glossy lip, i'll put some on while i do the rest of my face and dab off the excess before applying the lip color i want. if i want a glossy lip look, i'll throw some plumper on top. some great plumping toppers are Too Faced Lip Injection Extreme Hydrating Lip Plumper (it comes in a bunch of colors). the SEPHORA COLLECTION Outrageous Plump Hydrating Lip Gloss  is also an option at a great price to give you some plumping effect while also adding a pretty glossy finish!
