Laura Mercier matte Velour Lipstick

Hi guys! 

I’ve finally decided I’m ready to rock bolder lips and have been looking for good, easy to use and low maintenance lipsticks!

I got two colors, Bring it and Fire! 

I really love the colors and the application is easy for me! But after a short period of time it does get patchy, like I saw on some reviews.

I was wondering if anybody had any recommendations or a good routine for applying a matte lipstick like this one!

@bridgetbaby Hello! Those are gorgeous colors.  For me I do a lip exfoliation a couple times a week and try to stay hydrated and that helps my matte lipsticks last a bit longer. However, sometimes there are formulas that are just patchy no matter what.
