Kat Von D cream lipsticks sold out?!

How on earth is every shade of the Kat Von D cream lipstick already sold out? I get a notification they’re here from Sephora, and when I check?! Not even the unlikely to fly shades are gone. Glitch or preferred customers getting first pick?
