Defs could be wrong but that looks like Paaarty. I have a Namaste as a deluxe sample and it is in different packaging (although its from over a year ago). Party is in that sample packaging and came from the Sephora Birthday reward. They look identical in the tube but I promise they aren't at all. Paaarty is more pink and darker on the lips compared to Namaste which has a slight more orange undertone and is lighter. The older Namaste (right) packaging is awful and almost leaks oily residue, right doesn't do that but is the same formula in Paaarty.
@Anonymous I'm not entirely confident, but it looks like Namaste. I'm not sure where you got it but I remember Sephora and Ulta having DS Lip Paint samples of Namaste fairly recently
