Help!! Is the Dior lip oil worth the $38?

I’ve heard so much about the Dior Lip Glow Oil.The packaging is stunning but I hear mixed opinions about if the actual ip oil is good, let alone worth the almost $40! Can somebody help give me some insight about if they liked it or not?
