Favorite transfer-proof, minimally drying liquid lipstick formula?

I like Stila and the Sephora Matte Lip Creams better than KvD for comfort and wear, and so far I think my all time favorite is theBalm Meet Matt(e) Hughes. My lips are fairly dry so formulas can get really uncomfortable after a few hours, but it's worth it for me to not get lipstick everywhere!
