Dupe for Huda Beauty Famous liquid matte lipstick???

I LOVE the shade Famous in Huda's liquid matte line, but the formula is pretty awful on me. Even if I exfoliate, fill my lips with liner, apply in 2 layers (letting dry each time), finish with a setting powder, and then don't eat, drink, or talk.... it STILL comes off the center of my lips within about an hour. Then, over time, it bleeds, simply from the oils in my skincare products.

All in all, not a good formula, but the color is divine. Very deep burgundy, almost black. I want to keep wearing this color in a matte finish, but I'm open to different brands and formulas.

Anyone with ideas? I can't find dupe suggestions for it anywhere else online.
