Dupe for Estee Lauder Lip Potion in Not So Innocent

In my search for wedding day makeup, I'm still trying to decide on red or pink lips. I know what lipstick I'll choose if I go red (Fenty Stunna Lip Paint). For pink, I've found the perfect color; Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Lip Potion in Not So Innocent. The only problem with it is that it doesn't dry down matte and so it isn't as transfer resistance as I would like. Closest I have found to a dupe so far is the Smashbox Always on Matte Liquid Lipstick in Dream Huge, however the EL lipstick is a bit warmer/peachier compared to the smashbox.

 

Does anyone know of a liquid lip that's a dupe for this color, but is transfer proof?
