Does lip smackers really make your lips smooth and soft?

Ok my lips are started to get really chapped and my friend recommended lip smackers but I'm not sure does it work?

It works great to keep my lips soft. It's a bit pricy but I think that it's worth it as you need only a tiny bit at night.

if you're 14 it probably would - LOL.  I loved that when I was younger, but then again you don't need it as much when you're younger, and don't drink coffe, etc... sadly I don't think they still have all the great flavors and lip glosses that I loved as a teen... 😕
