2 face lip plumper

I use 2 faced extreme lip plumper and nothing happens?   Any feed back?

@lisa77 it doesn't tingle at all after applying? If not I won't return it and try Too Faced Lip Injection Extreme Lip Plumper Gloss Original Clear
