100 Days of Lipstick Challenge

Hi BIC!

A lot of us have talked about our huge lipstick collections, and with the passing of another National Lipstick Day, I took stock of mine. I have about 200 lipsticks and glosses and realized, I only wear about 20 of them! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to wear a different lipstick every day for the next 100 days.

It’s so pretty on you that’s too bad.  Honestly you could wear anything and it would look stunning.  Between you eyes and hair that I’m in awe of I wouldn’t notice polka dots on your lips lol.  But it’s a pretty soft peachy pink that compliments your skin tone.  Do you have a similar shade that performs better.

Colourpop Ultra Metallic Lip in DM

Soooo, confession time...I've had this for at least a year, maybe even two, and it just dawned on me recently that this is a metallic matte. For some reason, I thought they were glosses 🤦‍♀️ I don't remember now if I ordered this shade specifically or if it came in a set, but as long as I've had it, it's time I finally test it out for the first time 😂 (I did actually use the tiniest bit to dab over another lip color months ago...the sad part is that I still didn't catch the fact that it's a matte then. Good grief)

I like the shade, but I also have a very similar Ulta metallic matte, and I know I like their formula, so I won't be heartbroken to lose this one if the performance isn't up to my quite unforgiving matte standards 😋

Really, the bulk of my collection is berries/pinks/fuchsias, plus some reds and purples. A couple of bronzes like this, a teal, a silver, and a couple of corally shades, but that's about it outside of my comfort zone. When it comes right down to it, my taste is actually pretty narrow lol.
