100 Days of Lipstick Challenge

Hi BIC!

A lot of us have talked about our huge lipstick collections, and with the passing of another National Lipstick Day, I took stock of mine. I have about 200 lipsticks and glosses and realized, I only wear about 20 of them! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to wear a different lipstick every day for the next 100 days.

Playing catch up here guys

Day 4/100: PMG Obsessed. It’s a beautiful orange red. I forgot to take picture wearing it but here is the arm swatch 🤣😂

Day 5/100: PMG Beautiful Stranger. It’s a pretty rosey shade. Not sure why I don’t wear this more. 

day 6/100: PMG Femme Bot. I forgot to take picture wearing again. This one pull a bit gray on my lips.it’s okay. I wish it didn’t pull gray on me

day 7/100: TF Illicit Kiss. This is a liquid lip so it’s a bit messy to apply but it’s a beautiful red. After couple hours or after coffee it turns to a pretty pink red. The lasting power is really good in this liquid lip.

@blackkitty2014  Aww, you are beautiful!  Love your happy smile. Beautiful Stranger was my favorite PM lipstick.  And I have the same problem with Femme Bot; either pinks go gray or orange on me!

For some reason I have an easy time finding great matches for me with MAC lipsticks. Armani rarely works, nor does Valentino.  But that's okay; they're expensive!

@Ispend2much6 Oh you’re always so sweet to me. I haven’t worn MAC for a long time. I still haven’t tried Valentino yet. Have you tried Prada? They have great pink and beige and nudes which work for me. But I really try to be good and not turn it into lipstick hoarding shenanigans liked I did with TF couple yrs back 🤣😂

Ohhhh, that Pat McGrath swatch looks so pretty @blackkitty2014. That’s too bad that it takes on a more grey hue on your lips. I hate that when it happens.

Right @itsfi . I saw the exact same shade looks beautiful on everyone but it pull gray on me. I wish it’s exact same color on my lip as the swatch 😘

Yep!! I have to be careful with this color family @blackkitty2014. The right shade - lovely; the wrong one - the grey, depending on how strong it is, can make me look corpse-like, which isn't my thing. I read that lip shades can lean grey on some people if their skin tone runs neutral or warm. Do you think the right shade of lipliner would help?

@Sunnysmom  Ugh so hard to choose. So far I like that WA Fluffy one and TF Illicit Kiss but the Fluffy one is easier to apply. 😘 I plan to dig in my Chanel collection next couple days. They was neglected 😘

@CynthieLu @It’s TF Liquid Lip. I have about 3 shades of these. They’re pretty good but I think you need lip liner so the application less messy or it could be just me operator error 😘
