100 Days of Lipstick Challenge

Hi BIC!

A lot of us have talked about our huge lipstick collections, and with the passing of another National Lipstick Day, I took stock of mine. I have about 200 lipsticks and glosses and realized, I only wear about 20 of them! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to wear a different lipstick every day for the next 100 days.

Lol @RGbrown!  My husband (a northerner) went to law school in NOLA. He said when it hit the 50s the older ladies would break out the furs while the folks from up north would still be in shorts.

A Southerner's wardrobe progression:

70's require me to move from shorts to jeans, and swap sandals for closed shoes. Short sleeve shirts/tank tops are still ok under a cardigan or other light layer.

60's mean continual long sleeves.

50's means I'm moving from regular socks to wool. Jackets come out.

40's heralds the arrival of long johns and thermal shirts...two layers are required at all time. If scarves haven't been worn yet, they are sure as heck in rotation now.

30's...please just put me out of my misery. Wool coats, gloves, and I'm probably wearing three shirts (under the coat and sweater, of course). 🤣

Any colder, and I might just hang out in bed all day with my beloved mattress warmer 💕

If I had any furs, 50's might be a bit much, but maybe in the 40's 😋

I would like to add one more item @RGbrown. When it reaches the 50’s take to break out my leather jacket. Lately I am always cold.

I have always dreamed of being in the snow during the holidays! California doesn't get much of it 🙂 Your lip color is so appropriate for the first snow!

We’re supposed to get out first snowfall today - somewhere between 5-8 inches, with another possible 1-3 overnight. I’m so very thrilled. 😕😩

But anyway, ya’ll don’t care about the weather woes, just what’s on the lips. Wearing a Nyx Intense Butter Gloss in the color Toasted Marshmallow...it seemed fitting cause you can bet you favorite lipstick I am going to be having me some hot cocoa with marshmallow later today. Lol
