100 Days of Lipstick Challenge

Hi BIC!

A lot of us have talked about our huge lipstick collections, and with the passing of another National Lipstick Day, I took stock of mine. I have about 200 lipsticks and glosses and realized, I only wear about 20 of them! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to wear a different lipstick every day for the next 100 days.

Thanks for all the detail @RGbrown I'm going to check out the Skyn Iceland. I think I tried a Clarins lip oil that was tinted but don't recall the result. I have been considering the Bite Agave treatment but haven't tried it yet. I have a sample from my Sephora birthday present.

I will only get these in the lighter colors and never in the darker ones. I had such a bad experience with Miss Conduct but this one, Drivers seat, is such a great pink!

Thanks!!! @RebeccaBT I was always trying to find that great pink color that always looks good on fair skin and redheads but looked chalky on me. Im so happy I found this pink and the staying power is soo good.

Day 11. Grande Lips Lip Plumper in Spicy Mauve. This came in the same set as the Cranberry color I wore last week. This color fades nicely compared to the mess of the Cranberry Crush. Both I think I will only use as prep, because of the sticky texture. Spicy Mauve does leave a stain, but it’s a nude shade that fades well so many colors can go over it. I love how smooth and hydrated my lips feel with this formula.

Yesterday I wore ABH Liquid Lipstick in Poet. I’ve only ever had one of ABH tube before and I decluttered it. Poet came in a SF lip set, and I know liquid formulas can vary shade by shade and.... meeeeeehhhhhhhhh I still don’t like these. I like this shade quite a bit, and it didnt turn too gray one me, so I might be willing to make it work. I’m just not down with the ABH formula hahaha.

I love this shade, too, @alexasteph , but I hear you about the dryness of the ABH formula.  I have this one and it's similar but not quite the same.  Also, it is not matte:

This looks great on you! I wonder how I’d feel about the formula. I think I have a couple of ABH lippies I have never worn.

Thanks @divaknits ! My issue with them is I don’t feel like I get enough coverage without multiple layers and when it dries down it gets clumpy. I greatly perfer the Too Faced, KVD, Nars for liquid formulas.
