100 Days of Lipstick Challenge

Hi BIC!

A lot of us have talked about our huge lipstick collections, and with the passing of another National Lipstick Day, I took stock of mine. I have about 200 lipsticks and glosses and realized, I only wear about 20 of them! So I'm challenging myself (and whoever else wants to join) to use more of them. I'm going to try to wear a different lipstick every day for the next 100 days.

@Buootiful The mini set is a great deal! I checked my stash and I don’t really have any dupes. I will probably wait until the November sale and get a full sized though. 

Haha about the hamburgers! I’m actually a super neat eater, I hate the feeling of food on my fingers, face, etc, and I am really careful about lipstick transfer on cups. I clean up as I go, and and even reorganize things like sandwiches/burgers/etc so I can eat it cleaner. It’s weird, people tease me about it. I just can’t help it! But, I rarely need to touch up my lipstick after I eat!

I love orange lipsticks. This one also has a little metallic sheen that isn't coming across as much in the photo. I remembered to put balm on underneath so it's pretty comfortable. I'm going to a wine tasting tonight; we'll see how it holds up.

Loving that orange on you @snoflakefaerie  How did the wine tasting test go?

Thanks @sprocketta. This lipstick stayed on pretty well. After 4 hours of drinking and eating, the color was still mostly there. It wore off just on the very inner parts of my lips, but it wore off evenly. I drank a decent amount of red wine and it didn't create an insane ring of red around where the lipstick was either. So I would probably call this a success.

Yeah, I'm kind of weird @alexasteph I'll wear neon orange lipstick, but I feel uncomfortable in true reds. I'm hoping to change that a little bit with this challenge, but so far I keep putting off wearing a bold red.

Today I am wearing ColourPop Sunday. I know it’s Thursday but I liked how Sunday looked better with the rest of my makeup.

@katkapivarci Thank you!! The only CP shades I have are from a days of the week set, but I always feel a little weird wearing them on the wrong day for some reason! Did you ever have days of the week underwear as a kid 🤣🤣 Same thing!
